If you need to cancel, please do so more than 36 hours in advance to keep your deposit active; cancellations made within 36 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited. You are welcome to reschedule one appointment without losing your deposit as long as notice is given earlier than 48 hours, and any additional changes will be considered with compassion and handled at the studio’s discretion. In the event of a no‑show, a 30% fee of the scheduled service will apply, and the deposit will be lost.
